Modernizing Corporate Financial and Sustainability Reporting
Overview
Irani Papel e Embalagem S.A., a publicly traded Brazilian company, required a centralized platform to manage, publish and distribute corporate reports for investors, stakeholders and the general public.

Business Challenge
As a publicly traded company, Irani regularly publishes mandatory corporate information.

The platform needed to support:
- Financial reports
- Sustainability reports
- Corporate governance documents
- Investor relations content
- Public and restricted publications
- Long-term document organization
Solution
A corporate reporting platform was developed using WordPress as the content management system.
The platform enabled business users to create, organize and publish different types of corporate information through a centralized interface.
Content could be published as downloadable documents or as structured web pages, providing greater flexibility for investor communication.
Access permissions allowed specific reports to remain restricted while keeping public information easily accessible.
